The 2026 Annual Meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 28th at 7pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom, and registration information will be sent much closer to the meeting.
This serves as the official Call For Members to Stand For Election. At the upcoming annual meeting, we will elect 5 board members. Based on current member plans, we require at least 2-3 additional volunteers to run for the board. Throw your hat into the ring!
We are especially in need of:
- an individual with interest in serving as our Greenways Chair
- an individual with high attention to detail interested in serving as our Board Secretary
- 2026 is also a year when we will need to publish a new neighborhood directory, so the 2026 Board will need to designate a lead on that project
Our current president, Doug Hyant, will also be stepping down from the Board in anticipation of a new baby at 10 Oxwood Circle in the spring, so the next Board will also be selecting a new President for the association from among the group of elected Board Members.

Finally, please stay safe this winter! As a reminder, the asphalt paths on the greenways are not cleared in the winter due to their tendency to become icy and very difficult to clear without damaging the paths. Please do not use the paths when they are snow- and ice-covered, and please do not attempt to clear the paths – especially with snow blowers that can be very damaging to the path surface.
