In addition to our WGHA Covenants and By-laws, the City of Madison has ordinances in place to help keep communities safe and strong. These exterior property guidelines are summarized here. As neighbors, we want to live in a welcoming, harmonious community. If you have a concern over compliance with a WGHA covenant or city ordinance, please feel free to contact the board or address directly in a positive, collaborative way. Walnut Grove should always be a welcoming community with open communication. The more we can address neighbor to neighbor, the better!
