The 2019 Dues Notices will be mailing early next week (April 1st). We apologize for the delay, but had to get some exciting things in order!
The 2019 dues are $75 for single family homes and $40 for condos. The dues are payable by check or, with an added $2.50 convenience fee, may be paid via paypal. The due date is April 15th. Any dues received after April 15th will incur a $10 late fee.
To pay via paypal, visit PayPal.Me/walnutgrovehomes, enter the correct payment (either $77.50 or $42.50) and include either your address or lot number in the notes field.
