The 2020 Dues Notices will be mailing the first week of March. The 2020 dues are $75 for single family homes and $40 for condos. The dues are payable by check or, with an added $2.55 convenience fee, may be paid via paypal. The due date is March 30th. Any dues received after March 30th will incur a $10 late fee.
