It’s been just over a year since the Board began its review of our current covenants, and we are pleased to announce that we’ve overwhelmingly passed the 2020 amendment to the covenants!
233 households have signed on so far to approve the new amendment to the covenants, and we have over 76% of the assessed value of the neighborhood in support. Every section (i.e. plat) of the neighborhood has over 70% of assessed value in support.
We still have around 70 households who have not yet returned a signed Owner Signature Sheet. If you have not had a chance to sign, please do so today!
We will have additional information at our annual meeting about the next steps for implementing our new amendment to the covenants, but we want to make sure to take a moment and thank you all for coming together to support Walnut Grove.
